REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return. However, refunds are only for sealed product. Once the product has been opened, a refund cannot be requested.
In order to start your return, please utilize the customer service tik tok shop to message us and/or use the "contact" tab to email us. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and sent, we will not be able to cancel it after processing as your order will have been sent with delivery method paid for and the product will have been ripped open.
CANCELLATIONS ON PRE-ORDERED PRODUCT
All sales are Final! If you wish to cancel your order after you made a pre-ordered purchase, you will be subject to a 10% fee charge. For example, If you placed a $1000 order and you found a "better price" elswhere, 10% of $1000 is $100 to cover all fees. Thank you for your understanding.

This Shopify Collective Supplier Policy (“Policy”) governs all relationships between Pokemon Trainer Jake (“Supplier,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any Retailer or other third party (“Retailer,” “you,” or “your”) who lists, promotes, or sells Supplier’s products through Shopify Collective or other authorized integration channels.
By listing, selling, or promoting Supplier’s products through Shopify Collective, you agree to this Policy in full.
1. Roles and Responsibilities
Supplier is responsible for providing accurate product information, pricing, and timely fulfillment of all orders transmitted through Shopify Collective.
Retailer is responsible for processing all end-customer transactions, including payments, chargebacks, refunds, and customer service inquiries.
The Retailer is the Merchant of Record for all customer sales, while the Supplier is the Fulfiller of record.
2. Order Fulfillment
Supplier will fulfill orders in good faith and ship to the address provided by Retailer through Shopify Collective.
Supplier will provide tracking information for every fulfilled order.
Delivery shall constitute proof of performance under this Policy.
3. Payments and Commissions
Payments and commissions are determined by the Shopify Collective system and any mutually agreed-upon price list or invoice.
Retailer agrees to pay Supplier in accordance with the pricing and payment schedule established in Shopify Collective.
Once an order is fulfilled and marked as delivered, the Supplier’s payment is considered earned and non-refundable, except in cases of proven Supplier error or breach.
4. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Refunds
The Retailer acknowledges that it is solely responsible for handling all payment disputes, refunds, and chargebacks arising from its customers.
The Supplier has no financial liability for chargebacks, fraud claims, or payment reversals initiated by Retailer’s customers, since those transactions occur through the Retailer’s Shopify Payments account.
Supplier agrees to cooperate in good faith by providing shipment proof, delivery confirmation, and communication logs to assist Retailer in disputing any chargeback.
Under no circumstances shall Supplier be required to reimburse Retailer for losses resulting from chargebacks, customer disputes, or payment processing errors.
5. Product Quality and Authenticity
Supplier guarantees that all Pokémon-related products sold are authentic, legally obtained, and match the descriptions listed on Shopify Collective.
Retailer shall not alter or misrepresent Supplier’s product listings, photos, or descriptions without written consent.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Retailer must handle all customer return requests directly with their buyers.
If Supplier accepts a return from a Retailer, it must be pre-approved in writing and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of order.
Any approved refunds between Supplier and Retailer will be handled outside Shopify Collective unless otherwise arranged through Shopify’s native process.
7. Limitation of Liability
Supplier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of any transaction conducted through Shopify Collective.
Supplier’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually received by Supplier for the specific order in question.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes between Supplier and Retailer shall be resolved in the small claims or superior courts of Los Angeles County, California.
9. Modifications
Supplier reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on pokemontrainerjake.shop with a revised effective date. Continued participation in Shopify Collective after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
